Denise Badgett

Denise Badget holds the position of Board Treasurer at the Suda Institute.
Denise Badgett was most recently Vice President Finance for Communities in Schools of Charlotte-Mecklenburg and previously a Director with Lash Group leading teams supporting several foundation models including a national 501(c) 3 organization dedicated to assisting insured patients who could not afford the out-of-pocket costs associated with their treatment needs.
Denise was responsible in these roles for HR, operations, financial management and board support. Her key focus was to ensure that technology and human resources were optimized to minimize administrative costs and to deliver the highest quality service to students, patients and board members.
Denise has held key management roles including chief information officer for a Florida healthcare system and a local behavioral health care organization as well as a chief financial officer role for a local medical center. Early in her career, she held several HR roles with a national media organization and a financial project management role with a large healthcare system. She received an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
