Lashonda Houston, MSW

Lashonda Houston is the dedicated and visionary Founder and Executive Director of Endless Opportunities (EO), a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals and families in Cabarrus and surrounding counties. With a passion for social justice and community well-being, Lashonda established EO in 2017 to address unique challenges faced by at-risk populations. Lashonda holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Winthrop University and is a dedicated advocate for social change, making a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves. Outside of her professional life, Lashonda enjoys attending her son’s athletic events and believes that a healthy work-life balance is essential for sustained passion and dedication to the causes she holds dear.
