Campaign Title: Empowerment Through Recovery: Support The Suda Institute this National Recovery Month
Campaign Goal: $50,000
Campaign Duration: September 1 – November 22
Campaign Overview:
National Recovery Month is a time to celebrate the strength and resilience of those in recovery, and to recognize the critical role that support systems and communities play in their journey. This September, The Suda Institute is launching a fundraiser to expand our programs and services that support individuals and families on their path to recovery.
About the Suda Institute:
Named after the obstetrician who started the SUN Project, The Suda Institute operates The SUN Project, whose vision is “Supporting Safe, Healthy, and Happy Families through Community Collaboration.” Recognizing mothers with a substance use disorder need more than just medical care to sustain recovery and maintain custody of their children, SUN coordinates partnerships across public health, social services, healthcare, housing, and education to provide wrap around care to affected families.
