As a new Non-Profit organization, The Suda Institute embarked on our mission to support families’ well-being through community collaboration. Yet, we soon realized our need for an up-to-date technology infrastructure to fulfill our promises and secure funding. With no prior infrastructure and limited resources, we turned to Apparo for help. Their assessment clarified our needs, and Jerri guided us through the process, recommending a transition to Microsoft 365. Jerri then connected us with volunteer Mohit Das who helped facilitate our transition, including data transfer and team training. This upgrade significantly improved our efficiency and confidence in our work.
