Suda Institute Development Committee

The Development Committee meets to advance board growth, fundraising strategy, leadership continuity, and long-term sustainability for The Suda Institute.

The committee also develops and refines fundraising strategies, including event partnerships, virtual auction concepts, and coordinated social media campaigns. In addition, members work on executive succession planning and explore diversified revenue opportunities—such as consultative services—to strengthen organizational sustainability beyond grant funding.

This meeting is limited to Development Committee members and invited participants.
