North Carolina Perinatal Substance Use Disorder Network (NCPSUD)

The Suda Institute’s SUN Project is proud to be a part of the NC PSUD Network, a statewide, outpatient, clinician-led initiative dedicated to improving access to evidence-based care for pregnant and postpartum individuals with substance use disorders across North Carolina.

We support teams across North Carolina through:

  • Care delivery support that strengthens clinical practice
  • Shared protocols that promote consistent, high-quality treatment
  • Case consultation for complex patient scenarios
  • Systems-level quality improvement to expand access and reduce disparities

The SUN Project is one of six regional hubs, Project CARA, Horizons, The Tides, ECU Impact, and Cone Health, working together to serve all 100 North Carolina counties.
