Emily S. Bridge is a dynamic and visionary change leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational transformation, and corporate development. Emily specializes in leading enterprise-wide initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale technology implementations, while maintaining a steadfast commitment to inclusivity and continuous improvement.

In her leadership roles across healthcare and managed behavioral health organizations, Emily has successfully designed and executed strategic frameworks that enhance resilience, agility, and change competency. As Vice President of Enterprise Change Management at Vaya Health, she collaborated with executives to achieve strategic objectives, develop succession planning strategies, and implement equitable care solutions addressing health disparities. At Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, Emily led transformative initiatives, including the integration of statewide managed care mergers and the establishment of data-driven community health programs.

Emily is currently engaged as a strategic advisor and executive coach, partnering with healthcare organizations and startups to optimize their change management capabilities and leadership effectiveness. Her expertise has been instrumental in elevating organizational performance, ensuring seamless technology adoption, and fostering cultures of continuous improvement.

Emily holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from East Carolina University and Western Carolina University, respectively. She is a licensed clinical social worker and a certified Prosci® Change Practitioner.
